Awarded House & Home Magazine’s 1st Place Award for Large Outdoor Kitchen and featured on the cover of the October, 2009 edition. Unique features include an octagon shape with drill shaft pilings and concealed steel framing due to site conditions. Old New Orleans slate roof with copper cupola, open cypress roof structure, fireplace, pizza oven, both gas and charcoal grills, smoker, sink, refrigeration, island with bar top and mahogany cabinetry. Old bricks and flagstone floor were also included. The project also included a pool house and exercise room renovation, master bed and bath renovation, kitchen remodel, all other bathrooms, multi-purpose storage area, wet bar in game and total renovation of gazebo and pier on private lake.
